The above graph is stating that 41% of people who look for something on the internet start by logging on to the internet and then using the search engines to acquire their information about whatever industry or topic they are interested in, compared to lets say 19% who acquire their information by seeing an advertisement on the television or in the paper and then going on the internet and logging directly into this website.
Needless to say,different search engines use different criteria ! !
